Alicia has nearly 20 years of experience teaching group fitness. She got her start instructing indoor cycling at the University of Florida when she was in school. After the birth of her second son, she realized she needed more than just cardio and really embraced the lifestyle. Now, she co-trains with Pilates and barre—and feels like she has found the perfect combo. Alicia loves being an instructor. It brings her joy, motivates her, and gives her life! As a mother, she thinks it’s important to set a positive example of physical fitness and enthusiasm.
