Gabby was a member of her university dance team and always made exercise and healthy living a priority. Ever since a young age she had a passion for music and enjoyed sharing it with others. After graduating college it was difficult to get back into a routine. Exercise was more of a chore until she found CycleBar! Cycling became a bridge for Gabby to combine her passions. It was also an enjoyable way for her to get back in shape and clear day-to-day stress. As a psychology graduate, Gabby truly believes that cycling has both physical and mental benefits. She is motivating, upbeat, and lively. Every class you take with her will give you the energy to power through your day!
